Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions are mostly comon sense however they are a necessary way to ensure that you know what to expect from us and what we will do to resolve matters in the unlikely event that your are not satisfied with your purchase.
- Payment is required on the same day as your purchase is made otherwise your order will be cancelled. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order please contact us and we will reserve your items for 7 days to allow time for your payment to arrive. You item will then be sent after your funds have cleared.
- All orders will be despatched within 5 working days. Although we aim to issue orders for individual cards and wedding samples within 2 working days.
- In the photographs the colours are as true as possible, however colours shown on screen can only be used to give an indication of the actual colour due to variances in monitors. If getting an exact match for a colour is important to you, for example for a wedding, please order samples from us before placing a large order.
- There may be a slight variance in the colour of handmade paper products due to the manufacturing process.
- All background papers are cut to the size stated, although you may of course trim these further if you wish to adapt our design. Mulberry paper is supplied in a size larger than required and will need to be torn to the suitable size. The easiest way to do this is to use a ruler and a small watercolour brush to paint a straight line in water. The paper is then easier to tear although larger strands will have to be cut with scissors. You should wait for the paper to dry before fixing it to your stationery.
- Glue is not supplied. We would recommend using a glue rollers for sticking card and paper and using glue dots for fixing 3D items.
- We have a policy of only charging actual postage and packing costs. These are shown on the Pricing, Postage & Packaging page so that you can work out your postage in advance. If you require an item to be insured or sent by recorded delivery please contact us for a quotation.
- If you live outside of the UK please contact us with your postal address for a quotation of postal costs.
- All orders will be packaged carefully with cardboard to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. If your item is damaged in the post please contact us.
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 working days of receipt and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
- Returns are accepted provided that the complete order is returned to us within 7 working days of receipt. All cards and stationery must be returned in perfect condition and kits will only be refunded if they have not been used. Only the cost of the item is refundable, postage costs are not refundable.
